About The Position

Join the shipping and receiving team as a Warehouse Lead, using prior experience to guide the shipping department. The role involves preparing products for shipment according to specifications and customer requirements, transporting materials internally, following standard procedures, and assisting the logistics team in completing tasks on time. The Warehouse Lead also contributes process-improvement ideas and supports a strong customer-service culture by promoting positive customer satisfaction.

The position oversees department functions under the supervisor, trains and coaches employees, schedules workflow, and helps ensure productivity, quality, and timely order fulfillment. It includes picking and packing orders with an RF scanner and operating a stand-up reach forklift. Full-time employees are eligible for the benefits package from day one.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• At least 2 years of experience operating a forklift.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead role.
• Basic computer skills.
