About The Position

Join ADI’s shipping and receiving team as a lead, using prior experience to guide the shipping department. Prepare products for shipment according to specifications and customer requirements, transport materials internally, execute standard procedures, and assist the logistics team in completing tasks on time. Contribute ideas in a continuous improvement environment and help build a strong service culture that drives positive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• At least 2 years of forklift operating experience.
• At least 1 year in a lead role.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department functions under the supervisor.
• Train and coach department employees.
• Transport material in the shipping department.
• Pick and pack orders using an RF scanner.
• Operate a stand-up reach forklift.
• Ensure zero product delinquency.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Execute standard procedures.
• Schedule workflow.
