About The Position

LOGISTEED-America, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support and guide daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves leading daily warehouse activities and associates, overseeing various operations from inbound receiving to outbound shipping, and ensuring high accuracy and performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety (OSHA)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and lead by example in a hands-on role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret pick/selection/put-away orders
• Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive work orders
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager by leading daily warehouse activities and associates
• Oversee inbound receiving, inventory control, returns (RGA), and outbound shipping
• Use WMS to plan, allocate, and manage daily orders with high accuracy
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
• Train and coach warehouse associates across multiple functions (receiving, put-away, picking, scanning, shipping)
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers
• Promote a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment
