About The Position
PFP Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee 6-8 associates at a cold storage warehouse. The role involves unloading containers and palletizing floor load product, with the main objective of assisting and monitoring the work completed by the team. This is a 3rd shift position, Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50lbs consistently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
- Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members unloading containers and other assigned tasks
- Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices
- Maintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies or damages
