About The Position

The Shift/Department Warehouse Lead will have the responsibility for all materials entering and leaving the facility and the delivery of correct materials to and from production areas and the placement of all materials in the production and warehouse areas.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse organization and product location.
• Ability to prepare Bills of Lading.
• Experience with receiving and documenting incoming materials.
• Skills in loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to perform pre-maintenance checks on forklifts.
• Data entry skills.
• Experience overseeing Material Handlers.
• Familiarity with making raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO’s.
• Understanding and compliance with GMP’s.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of raw materials.
• Organization of the warehouse and knowledge of products location.
• Delivery of needed materials to production area.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Receiving of incoming materials and documenting.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pre-Maintenance check on forklift.
• Data Entry.
• Overseeing the Material Handlers responsibilities.
• Making raw material tags, receivers, and FIFO’s.
• Comply with all GMP’s.
• All other duties as assigned.
