About The Position

At CJ Logistics, we are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes. The position involves supervising and coordinating daily tasks, providing hands-on coaching and training, conducting audits, monitoring procedures, assisting in process improvements, and working with management on labor and resource optimization. The role also focuses on fostering a positive work environment by helping resolve conflicts, promoting teamwork, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Warehouse Lead will also support warehouse operations by stepping in to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.

Requirements

3+ years of related work experience
Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Nice To Haves

Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training

Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
Assist in scheduling and planning to optimize labor and resource allocation.
Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
