Openwork is hiring an experienced Overnight Warehouse Lead for a well-established company opening a new Houston location. Requirements

• 1–2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience.
• 1–2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Positive attitude with an interest in coaching and developing others.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements.
• Must understand and be committed to working a dedicated overnight shift.

Nice To Haves

• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse employees.
• Conduct shift-start briefings and communicate daily priorities.
• Keep workflow organized and employees on task.
• Inspect and process returned materials following quality procedures.
• Build and prepare flight kits for United Airlines.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing airline laundry (no washing involved).
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic reports.
• Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization.
