About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead that is responsible for overseeing all operations within the parts cage, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order preparation, and efficient coordination with installation and service teams. This role manages special order parts for HVAC and Plumbing departments and is responsible for completing and submitting all company warranty documentation. The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in maintaining organization, accuracy, and workflow efficiency within the warehouse. This is an hourly, nonexempt, at-will position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

Requirements

  • Ability to work professionally with internal and external customers and vendors
  • Experience using Service Titan
  • Prior experience as a warehouse lead
  • PC proficiency with an emphasis in Microsoft Office desired
  • Knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment
  • Forklift certification
  • Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead and primary point of contact for all parts cage operations
  • Monitor inventory usage and communicate replenishment needs
  • Create and prepare detailed install pull sheets for upcoming jobs
  • Verify parts accuracy against job requirements prior to staging
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely job readiness
  • Stage materials and equipment for scheduled installs
  • Prepare and manage scan-in sheets for daily orders
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system updates for received items
  • Oversee ordering, tracking, and distribution of special order parts for HVAC and Plumbing departments
  • Communicate order status updates to management and field teams
  • Resolve discrepancies or delays with vendors as needed
  • Complete and submit all warranty forms accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of warranty claims and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors regarding claim status
  • Track warranty returns and credits to ensure proper processing
