About The Position

The Warehouse Lead assists the branch manager with production processes, report building, ensuring branch employees adhere to company policies, and maintaining stock records. The role requires familiarity with and the ability to perform all job duties. The successful candidate consistently demonstrates excellence and contributes process improvements. The position is with Continental Battery Systems, a rapidly growing North American company focused on customer service, safety, wellness, teamwork, renewable solutions, and battery recycling.

Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Driver/Material Handler, or at least 3 years working as an Assistant Manager.

• A GPA of 3.0 or better.
