About The Position

This is a proactive job posting to identify potential candidates as a 2nd shift is being added to the warehouse. While there are no current vacancies, openings are expected in the near future. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse staff and operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and processing all inventory transactions. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, issuing, and shipping inventory, as well as maintaining the accuracy of the Management Information System (MIS) and physical inventory. The position requires adherence to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), meaning candidates must be a U.S. Person.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
At least 4 years of related experience and/or training.
Experience in supply management and logistical support functions.
Understanding of Military Supply Chain processes and inventory practices.
Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and bar code equipment.
Great organization, communications, and time management skills.
Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).

Responsibilities

Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow policies and procedures for inventory-handling.
Direct warehouse personnel as necessary.
Inspect incoming material against receiving paperwork.
Process incoming receipts for stock and/or direct turn-over to the customer.
Verify outgoing orders to repair vendors.
Stock inventory into shelf locations.
Maintain accuracy of the MIS and accuracy of the physical inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
