WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS The Warehouse Lead is the first level of operational leadership on the SkinHealth Systems warehouse floor — responsible for directing team activities across receiving, material handling, and distribution, and serving as the day-to-day link between warehouse associates and the Warehouse Supervisor. This role monitors team performance and productivity, assists with staffing and cross-training decisions, and ensures that equipment is maintained and operational issues are escalated before they become disruptions to fulfillment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience.
  • Ability to lift and push up to 55 lbs unassisted.
  • RF scanner experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a formal lead, team lead, or supervisory warehouse role.
  • Experience with ERP and/or WMS platforms (NetSuite / High Jump a plus).
  • Background in medical device, consumer products, or beauty industry warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with GMP or OSHA warehouse safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor assigned activities and tasks associated with warehouse operations across receiving, distribution, and material handling; assist team members as required.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity to maximize operational excellence; identify and address performance gaps through coaching and communication.
  • Assist with determining staff levels and assessing daily workload; support training and cross-training of warehouse team members.
  • Assist in ensuring warehouse equipment is maintained, inspected, and in proper working order.
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day operational duties and escalate issues requiring management attention.
  • Identify system or process issues and communicate promptly to the Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
