Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment. Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines. Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity. Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks. Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution. Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.
Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data with accuracy.
Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.
Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.
Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
