About The Position

Five Below is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to join our Ship Center team. This role involves leading an assigned group of team members in a specific area of responsibility, clearly communicating daily goals and individual work assignments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to our customers, our people, and the company.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.
Good communication skills.
Basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solutions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Experience using RF devices.
Good computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required.
Experience with Crown equipment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead an assigned group of team members in a specific area of responsibility within the Ship Center.
