Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn.
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Experience working effectively with a wide range of people.
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Available for night shift work.
Forklift driver's license, or ability to be trained and certified.
Must be able to lift 70 pounds and stand or walk for long periods of time.
Alert, focused, and detail-oriented, able to work in varying warehouse conditions.
Knowledge of safety standards pertaining to the workplace.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently load trucks for next-day customer deliveries.
Safely and efficiently unload incoming stock deliveries, including accurate verification against shipping documents.
Assist will-call customers by retrieving orders and loading their vehicles in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Become experienced and knowledgeable of company products.
Load, unload, and stock inventory in a safe and cautious manner.
Manage paperwork and reports, as required.
Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
Maintain a professional image at all times.
