About The Position
Cornel's Plumbing, Heating, and Air is a fast-growing, locally owned, home services company. We are seeking a Warehouse Helper to join our team. The Warehouse Helper is a hands-on support role that keeps job sites safe, clean, and running efficiently. You’ll assist across departments with tasks like loading materials, organizing inventory, helping with cleanouts, and other physical work as needed. This is a great role for someone dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills in the trades.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn, follow the hungry, humble, smart tenets
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems
- Assist with ductwork installation, materials handling, and job site setup/cleanup
- Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and tool usage
- Support retrofit installation projects
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Develop the knowledge and experience needed to grow
