About The Position

Service Partners is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store, and distribute inventory. Warehouse team members support the facility’s daily operations and are expected to work safely in a fast-paced environment. This safety-sensitive role involves operating warehouse equipment, handling and inspecting inventory, and preparing secure, complete loads. It also requires prolonged standing and physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for Company purposes.
• Be able to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Be able to compute basic math problems.
• Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Be able to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job-related tasks.
• Meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity; and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and store it in an orderly, accessible manner.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report issues to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Perform physical loading and unloading of trucks.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
