About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Junior to join our Warehouse team in Pacoima, CA. You will report to the Warehouse Floor Manager and work closely with the rest of the warehouse floor team and customer service team based at the same location. This role is part of a fun and energetic team and would suit an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who is looking for their first step on a career in warehousing and fulfilment.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, with assistance available for heavier loads.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to customers on the phone.
Comfortable using computers and application/software systems.
Physically able, punctual and reliable.
A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others as needed is a must.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders.
Managing the flow of stock through our ERP system.
Receiving stock and organizing deliveries for easy future dispatch.
Organizing walling and flooring samples and tracking online furniture orders.
Helping with incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails from and to customers.
