About The Position

We are actively hiring motivated individuals looking to build or transition into a Quality Assurance (QA) career with automation exposure. This role is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience, real-world project exposure, and direct client opportunities. This opportunity follows a Hire–Train–Deploy model designed to make candidates job-ready: Instructor-led, real-time training aligned with client requirements, resume building and mock interview preparation, and direct marketing to client opportunities after readiness. This role offers real-world, scenario-based QA training with a focus on automation and current market tools, continuous support until placement, and exposure to real client environments.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Software Testing (Manual or Automation)
• Familiarity with SDLC / STLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Selenium / Java / Python
• Knowledge of SQL / Database testing
• Understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins or similar tools)

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing for web applications
• Build and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Work with Selenium WebDriver for automation
• Validate APIs using Postman / REST tools
• Track and manage defects using Jira
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments
