About The Position

Beacon Group is seeking a patient, flexible, and dedicated Warehouse/Job Coach to work with, train, and supervise a team of adults with disabilities. This is a hands-on position where you will provide top-notch services to individuals on the team and quality service to the customers Beacon serves. The specific services provided will depend on the location and site needs. Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix, and beyond since 1952. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 2,000 people with disabilities each year, providing job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Increased technical skills related to field of work.
• Successfully pass the drug test and background check.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification, or able to obtain and maintain a CPR/First Aid/AED Certification.
• Fingerprint clearance card, or able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.
• Provide proof of good driving.
• Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and pass the Beacon driving test.
• Article IX, and Prevention and Support certificate or able to obtain and maintain certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a GSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of the line services for the individuals on the team.
