About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment supporting daily logistics and distribution activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and has experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues in a fast-paced operational setting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support or field technician experience
• Proficiency with Windows OS, networking basics, and help desk ticketing systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for warehouse workstations, scanners, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Support WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related logistics technology platforms
• Coordinate with corporate IT for escalations, updates, and system deployments
• Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment documentation
• Set up and configure new equipment for warehouse staff
