Warehouse/Inventory Supervisor
About The Position
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, fulfilling operational requirements, meeting assigned schedules and customer requirements. This role involves providing leadership for warehouse team members, including training, development, and mentoring through cross-training and career development. Responsibilities also include performing warehouse inspections to ensure the facility is clean and orderly, fulfilling operational requirements for shipping and receiving, reporting maintenance issues, ordering pallet deliveries and scrap trailer pickups, completing daily inspections, and undertaking other relevant duties and special projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years warehouse leadership experience required, preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
- Technically proficient with computers and software.
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
