Requirements
- Highly organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
- Experience with inventory control, production reporting, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems such as Almyta is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and production supplies throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and production data within our inventory management systems.
- Support inventory tracking across the Cutting, Cook, Packaging, Warehouse, and Sanitation departments.
- Monitor usage of raw materials, marinades, batters, pre-dust, cooking oil, packaging film, boxes, and other production supplies.
- Assist with inventory transactions and data entry within the Almyta inventory system.
- Generate and distribute daily production process sheets and inventory reports.
- Organize, maintain, and update production records and operational documentation.
- Partner with the Sanitation Manager to track consumables, repair expenses, and department inventory.
- Support Operations and Accounting by providing timely, accurate production and inventory reporting.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts, audits, and process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
