About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Inventory Warehouse Associate to assist with a cable inventory project in Cedar Rapids. This role is critical for the accurate pulling, issuing, and shipping of specialized cable products.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a National Background Check and drug test.
• Steel-toe or composite safety-toe boots are required at all times.
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Proven ability to work independently without the need for continuous direct supervision.
• Comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Safely and proficiently operate a forklift to move pallets, organize heavy cable reels, and load/unload shipments.
• Efficiently move, stack, and organize pallets within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular inventory counts.
• Accurately select cable reels and components based on work orders.
• Prepare outgoing orders for transit and process incoming inventory shipments.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse floor to ensure safety and streamlined operations.
