About The Position

In this role as Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for an essential part of the supply chain process, in charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. You will be mainly accountable for motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met. You will also manage the shipping area in line with the company’s standards, aiming for 100% accuracy in shipping location. Additionally, you will develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation, internal customer service logs, and training and safety records. A key part of the role involves risk prevention planning in accordance with the tasks and the nature of the installation, including inspections of racks, pallets, forklifts, and load units, as well as ensuring correct maneuvers by workers. You will also maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal and/or company regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor degree PLUS minimum 2 years experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing supervision OR Associate degree PLUS minimum 4 years related experience OR HS diploma/GED PLUS minimum 6 years related experience.
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and MRP/ERP purchasing software.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
