Requirements
- 1+ years of leading a team, preferably in a warehouse setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Computer and mobile phone literacy
- Skills in problem solving, analytics, and team optimization
- Ability to clearly communicate with leadership and team members
- A focused, optimistic, and “can do” attitude
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in picking and packing items with the warehouse associates
- Daily prepare the warehouse for inbound shipments
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area daily
- Train all new warehouse associates on processes and best practices
- Lead in creating a safe work environment by teaching and enforcing safety directives
- Support the warehouse manager by communicating needs and delivering on assignments
