About The Position
Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Porter/Housekeeper to maintain a clean and organized warehouse following OSHA guidelines and Imperial Dade's standards. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. The role involves cleaning various surfaces, operating warehouse equipment, and performing other duties as requested. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience as a Porter in a warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach
- Strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Clean floors, walls, guardrails, and other surfaces in the warehouse and office areas
- Maintain the warehouse and offices in a neat and orderly fashion
- Operate forklift equipment to stack pallets
- Operate the trash compactor, floor scrubber, and cardboard bailer
- Perform other duties as requested
