About The Position

The Warehouse Handler helps manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize inventory, prepare orders, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace while working with a team. The role is based in Austin, TX and is full-time. Applicants should be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift and move 50 pounds or more.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe material-handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform daily warehouse duties.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and barcode scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment.
• Organize and store inventory to use space efficiently and keep items accessible.
• Prepare and package orders accurately according to shipping standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate daily activities with team members and supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
