About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Inventory Warehouse Associate to assist with a cable inventory project in Cedar Rapids. This role is critical for the accurate pulling, issuing, and shipping of specialized cable products. Often making boxes and shipping cables for duration of shift.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs occasionally throughout the shift.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a National Background Check and drug test.
• Steel-toe or composite safety-toe boots are required at all times.
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Proven ability to work independently without the need for continuous direct supervision.
• Comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• May be trained to operate forklift
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular inventory counts.
• Prepare outgoing orders for transit and process incoming inventory shipments.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse floor to ensure safety and streamlined operations.
