The Sales Merchandiser position is responsible for the execution of Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This position is under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager, but daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead is expected. The role involves building rapport with store associates and management, educating them on client brands and products, and executing merchandising tasks accurately. Maintaining knowledge of company policies and reporting activities, opportunities, and potential barriers to the sales leads are key aspects of the role. The associate will also be responsible for detailed knowledge and use of their handheld device and maintaining confidentiality.
