About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join the Atlas RFID Operations Team. In this full-time role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, shipped, received, and organized with care and accuracy. This is a warehouse-based position, but not an isolated one. Our warehouse operates within a collaborative office setting, where team members regularly interact with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Support. The right person is comfortable working with their hands, staying active, following repeatable processes, and communicating professionally with teammates across the company.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely lift 30 lbs., use a ladder and pallet jack, and remain on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to report to the office daily. Remote work is not available due to the physical nature of this role.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (the schedule is flexible within this window).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and clear communication.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment role.
  • Experience with an ERP or inventory system (Acumatica a plus).
  • Forklift or pallet-jack experience.
  • Familiarity with RFID or Auto-ID products.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently Receiving and Accurately Shelving Inventory: Get every incoming shipment received into our ERP and shelved correctly the same day it arrives. Receive and unload incoming shipments and pallets, verifying contents against packing slips and inspecting for damage. Enter receipts and inventory transactions in our ERP (Acumatica) to keep records accurate. Sort, count, label, and shelve inventory in the correct location for easy retrieval.
  • Accurately and Quickly Picking, Packing, and Shipping: Complete every outgoing order without error and have it ready ahead of daily carrier pickups. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Verify contents, addresses, and labels before packing, protecting products and minimizing waste. Prepare outgoing shipments in advance of daily UPS and FedEx pickups.
  • Maintaining an Organized Warehouse and Accurate Inventory: Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and stocked, with inventory that holds to our accuracy target. Assist in preparing for regular inventory counts. Maintain organization and cleanliness across shelves, shipping supplies, and equipment. Follow warehouse safety best practices.
  • Report damaged items or discrepancies to the warehouse lead and vendors, and follow through to resolution.
  • Keep the receiving dock clear and inventory shelved by the end of each day.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to keep pickup times consistent.
  • Restock packing materials proactively to prevent shortages.
  • Assemble tag sample packs and product kits to maintain replenishment levels.
  • Keep aisles clear and work areas tidy through regular housekeeping.
  • Break down boxes, consolidate waste, and remove pallets daily.

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid health and dental insurance premiums.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid holidays and generous PTO.
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities.
  • Optional vision, life, and disability coverage.
