About The Position

Atlas RFID is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join their Operations Team. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, shipped, received, and organized with care and accuracy. The position is warehouse-based but operates within a collaborative office setting, requiring interaction with colleagues across various departments. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical tasks, repetitive processes, and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to use a ladder and pallet jack.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to report to the office daily.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and clear communication.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment role.
  • Experience with an ERP or inventory system (Acumatica a plus).
  • Forklift or pallet-jack experience.
  • Familiarity with RFID or Auto-ID products.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently receiving and accurately shelving inventory, including receiving and unloading shipments, verifying contents, entering receipts into the ERP (Acumatica), and sorting, counting, labeling, and shelving inventory.
  • Accurately and quickly picking, packing, and shipping customer orders on time, verifying contents, addresses, and labels before packing, and preparing shipments for daily carrier pickups.
  • Maintaining an organized warehouse and accurate inventory, assisting with inventory counts, maintaining organization and cleanliness of shelves, shipping supplies, and equipment, and following warehouse safety best practices.
  • Reporting damaged items or discrepancies and following through to resolution.
  • Keeping the receiving dock clear and inventory shelved by the end of each day.
  • Coordinating with shipping carriers to maintain consistent pickup times.
  • Proactively restocking packing materials to prevent shortages.
  • Assembling tag sample packs and product kits.
  • Keeping aisles clear and work areas tidy through regular housekeeping.
  • Breaking down boxes, consolidating waste, and removing pallets daily.
