As a Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate at Jenni Kayne, you play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. This position supports receiving, order fulfillment, and returns/transfer processing within the distribution center.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Basic technology proficiency, including handheld scanners and timekeeping systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to count and process inventory accurately
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of inbound inventory and system entry.
- Unload and sort inbound shipments
- Complete receiving documentation and apply pallet/carton labels
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues related to packaging, labeling, or tagging
- Communicate inventory arrivals and escalate discrepancies as needed
- Ensure accurate, high-quality order processing across all outbound shipments.
- Perform replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping functions in accordance with established standards
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure shipment quality and completeness
- Load and move carts to support order processing workflows
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Process returned merchandise and store transfers with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Unload and sort inbound returns and transfer shipments
- Inspect items and record inventory in system
- Determine inventory disposition in accordance with company guidelines
- Perform processing tasks such as steaming garments, sorting items for cleaning, and preparing products for storage
- Pack and organize inventory for redistribution or storage
- Utilize warehouse technology including Chuck/6RS robots, handheld scanners, laptops, and other devices
- Follow on-screen prompts and system instructions to complete tasks accurately
- Participate in annual physical inventory and cycle counts as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and remain aware of surroundings when working near machinery, carts, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment
- Contribute to overall facility cleanliness, including shared spaces such as breakrooms and restrooms
- Assist in additional operational areas as needed to support business needs
Benefits
- The hourly rate for this position is $16 per hour.
