If you’re new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, WOW Logistics is willing to train you if you have an exceptional work ethic and attitude. Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team
- Ability to work multiple hours in our 38-degree cooler warehouse environment
- Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 months of previous reach truck or sit-down experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
- Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
- Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
