The Warehouse Driver receives and ships packages using carriers such as UPS and DHL, assists with loading ICEE delivery trucks, prepares products for shipment, pulls distributor orders, and maintains inventory logs and the warehouse and office area. The role also maintains and orders point-of-sale materials for Account Executives and makes deliveries as needed, including filling in for route drivers when the Service Center is short-handed. Some deliveries may be to cash-on-delivery accounts; the driver collects payment and, when paid in cash, obtains a money order for the correct amount and turns it in to the Service Center at the end of the day. The successful candidate is self-motivated and able to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The role requires customer-service and interpersonal skills, organization and time management, timely completion of work, oral and written communication, and basic math skills. Candidates must have and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver’s License, be able to regularly lift 75 pounds or more (with occasional heavier lifting), drive more than 40% of the time, have at least two years of warehouse and/or customer-service experience, and pass a background check. Steel-toed shoes are required; ICEE provides uniforms. Forklift certification is a plus. Pay starts at $22 per hour and is commensurate with experience, education, skills, training, and certifications. ICEE offers paid holidays, sick time, paid vacation, a birthday holiday, medical, dental and vision insurance, an employee stock purchase program, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Duties may change or additional duties may be assigned.
