About The Position

The Warehouse Driver delivers customer-ordered material on a regularly scheduled basis, including supplies to rig and production sites, ensuring the correct material is delivered on time. The role also supports warehouse operations, customer service, inventory accuracy, and the stocking and maintenance of Autocrib technology or other point-of-use equipment in the field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to properly operate forklifts.
• Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to load and unload trucks safely using material-handling equipment when necessary.
• Verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
• Ability to follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Integrity and dedication to results.
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all branch employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent DNOW professionally at all times.
• Receive freight shipments of stock inventory.
• Verify the accuracy of material received from vendors as an initial point of material accuracy verification.
• Maintain a clean and neat warehouse.
• Assist customers with products and services.
• Review packing lists and orders with customers for accuracy and obtain signatures and customer stamps.
• Notify DNOW personnel when requested material has arrived.
• Perform daily cycle counts and relay cycle-count and other pertinent information to the Warehouse Supervisor/Lead and Manager when necessary.
• Deliver supplies to rig and production sites, ensuring the proper material is delivered on time.
• Restock Autocrib technology and properly handle products and maintain Autocrib or other point-of-use equipment in the field.
• Perform other warehouse duties, including inventory put-away, will-call service, and order picking.
• Improve customer relationships with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
