About The Position

Famous Supply is hiring a Warehouse/Driver (Non-CDL) associate for its new location in Jamestown, New York. The position combines warehouse duties with customer deliveries in a 26-foot box truck equipped with a lift gate. Drivers use a company-provided smartphone for route navigation and assist with loading and verifying orders before delivery. The work may involve handling large products such as water heaters, furnaces, and showers. The starting hourly wage is $18.00 or more.

Requirements

• Ability to drive large vehicles.
• Valid driver's license; a CDL is not required.
• Acceptable driving record with 4 points or less.
• Must pass a DOT physical and a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive and put away material.
• Pick and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Load customer delivery trucks and help load the driver's truck.
• Navigate to delivery stops on time using a smartphone.
• Unload materials for customers.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
