About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Driver performs receiving and shipping functions, including verifying and recording the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing materials and completing related paperwork and documentation. The position also assists with deliveries to job sites and customer offices when needed and helps keep the warehouse clean, neat, and safe.

Requirements

• One year of verifiable experience driving a straight truck within the last five years is required.
• Ability to pass a driver background check and meet DOT regulations to receive and maintain a medical card is required.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Employees whose positions require driving as an essential function must maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record under the insurance provider’s requirements.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and load outgoing material orders.
• Prepare materials for third-party shipping by palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
• Load and unload trucks carrying products and materials.
• Verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials.
• Verify material counts to ensure accurate inventory.
• Follow safety policies and protocols.
• Safely deliver materials to job sites or customer offices.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe warehouse.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record while driving is an essential job function.
