About The Position

Lansing Building Products is hiring an NCDL Driver/Warehouse associate to split time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse. The role represents Lansing to customers and crews at job sites, provides outstanding customer service, and helps keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Associates may also be asked to perform other tasks, such as cycle counts, inventory, or inside sales. The day usually begins around 7:00 AM, sometimes earlier, and ends at approximately 4:30 PM; hours may vary by location. Weekend work is generally not required. CDL reimbursement and pre-payment programs are available for qualified associates.

Requirements

• Have a clean driving record.
• Have forklift experience and forklift certification.
• Have at least one year of driving experience.
• Be able to work independently with efficiency and focus and contribute as a member of a larger team.
• Be able and willing to lift boxes weighing as much as 80 pounds.
• Have strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude.
