About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Driver performs receiving and shipping functions, including verifying and recording the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing materials and completing related paperwork and documentation. The position also assists with deliveries to job sites and customer offices as needed and helps keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. The role includes pulling, staging, and loading orders; preparing materials for third-party shipment; loading and unloading trucks; checking incoming materials and inventory counts; following safety procedures; making deliveries; and safely operating a forklift.

Requirements

One year of verifiable experience driving a straight truck within the last five years is required.
Ability to pass a Driver Background Check and meet DOT regulations to receive and maintain a medical card is required.
Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Employees whose position requires driving must maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record under the insurance provider's requirements.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and load outgoing material orders.
Prepare materials for third-party shipping, including palletizing and shrink wrapping.
