About The Position

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company and distributor of fluid control, filtration, and handling products, is seeking a Warehouse Driver/Associate. The position provides customer service at the Will-Call counter, processes and fulfills customer orders, organizes inventory, and delivers orders using a company-owned truck. The role also involves loading and unloading truck deliveries and maintaining positive interactions with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• One to three years of warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience.
• Driving or delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively and work productively with a wide range of people.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Reliable and effective communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of PVC fittings or the plumbing industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, enter orders, answer questions, and sell parts.
• Pull, package, and ship customer orders accurately and cost-effectively.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory locations in the computer system.
• Drive a company-owned truck to deliver orders to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
• Load and unload truck deliveries.
