About The Position

The Warehouse Dock Coordinator provides administrative, inventory, and clerical support to Capstone site management and the corporate office. The role includes entering daily information into Capstone systems, preparing shipments to the corporate office, and receiving and distributing return communications. Other duties may be assigned. The position is based in Saint Louis, Missouri, pays $22 per hour, and has a 6 a.m. or 6 p.m. start time.

Requirements

High school diploma.
High level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to enter data accurately and handle assigned administrative tasks.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
Ability to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.
Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs.
Ability to work with a variety of people without regard to race, color, age, sex, national origin, religion, creed, or disability.
Ability to sit or stand for periods in an office and warehouse environment, including on concrete flooring and in changing temperatures.
Ability to walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.
