Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in warehouse and outdoor environments

Nice To Haves

• Delivery driving experience (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DoorDash, etc.)
• Warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other skilled trades
• Experience supporting field service operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and materials to technicians and job sites safely and efficiently
• Support warehouse organization, inventory management, and staging
• Verify materials before delivery to ensure job readiness
• Return unused materials and maintain accurate inventory flow
• Communicate with technicians and team members throughout the day
• Help keep warehouse operations organized, clean, and efficient
• Assist with loading, unloading, and stocking inventory
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed
