About The Position

Tollefson's Retail Group is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse and Delivery Associate for their Slumberland location in Grand Rapids, MN. This position reports directly to the Grand Rapids Slumberland Manager. At Slumberland, the mission is to improve the lives of customers by providing furniture and home decor. The Warehouse/Delivery Associate will assist with customer deliveries, operate delivery trucks (including daily inspections and tracking), move materials using manual lifts and power equipment, and assist with building and grounds maintenance. This role is crucial for maintaining the showroom, warehouse, and providing exceptional customer service during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid and insurable driver's license.
• Pre-employment drug testing required, including cannabis.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 75+ pounds.
• Must be approved for a DOT Medical Card to operate store trucks.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries to customer locations.
• Safe operations of the delivery truck, including daily inspections and tracking of fluids and mileage.
• Move materials from receiving areas to other designated areas, including the showroom.
• Ensure proper handling and operations for manual lifts and power equipment.
• Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain the display of the showroom and warehouse.
• Offer exceptional customer service on deliveries.
