About The Position

The Warehouse & Delivery Associate may perform the duties of a driver, a warehouse associate, or both. When driving, the associate provides timely, accurate, and courteous tire deliveries in accordance with company policies and procedures. In the warehouse, the associate assists with loading, unloading, and staging. The associate is also responsible for quality control, ensuring damaged or defective products are not shipped or received. The position is full-time and located in Middle River, Maryland. The stated hourly salary range is $17.00–$20.00. The employer offers a five-day work week and states there are no evenings or weekends; the business is closed Sundays. The role requires bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting tires, wheels, and shop equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid U.S. non-CDL driver's license held for at least one year, and insurability through the company's insurance provider.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift passenger and light truck tires, wheels, and shop equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds; occasional weights may exceed 50 pounds.
Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment while behaving professionally.
Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities
