About The Position

As a Warehouse Customer Pickup Associate, you sit at the intersection of customer experience and warehouse operations. You'll be the frontline outdoor representative of Nellis Auction — greeting customers, resolving concerns, managing appointments, verifying orders, and loading out purchases safely and efficiently. Requirements

One or more years of warehouse or customer-facing work.
Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
Comfort working in varying weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, is necessary.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Schedule and manage pickup appointments as needed.
Process refunds and resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers arriving to retrieve their items.
Safely and efficiently load customer-purchased merchandise into vehicles.
Verify outgoing orders for accuracy before release.
Use handheld scanners or mobile devices to locate and confirm inventory.
Maintain organized merchandise racks and consolidation areas.
Communicate closely with the broader Customer Experience team to ensure timely, smooth pickups.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as directed by management.
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Demonstrate Nellis Auction's core values in every customer and team interaction.
Maintain daily performance goals.
Bring a dependable, solutions-first attitude to every shift.
