Our Customer Pickup team is the face of that experience — the first smile a customer sees when they arrive and the last impression we leave when they drive away with their items. As a Warehouse Customer Pickup Associate, you sit at the intersection of customer experience and warehouse operations. You'll be the frontline outdoor representative of Nellis Auction — greeting customers, resolving concerns, managing appointments, verifying orders, and loading out purchases safely and efficiently. Requirements

  • One or more years of warehouse or customer-facing work
  • Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude are essential
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Basic computer and data entry skills are required
  • Comfort working in varying weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, is necessary
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Associates must be able to lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and assist with team lifts for heavier items
  • The role requires standing and walking for shifts of 10 to 11 hours, along with regular bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling
  • Associates must be comfortable working in seasonal temperature extremes
  • Must possess the vision capabilities necessary for order verification and safe loading, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Schedule and manage pickup appointments as needed
  • Process refunds and resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers arriving to retrieve their items
  • Safely and efficiently load customer-purchased merchandise into vehicles
  • Verify outgoing orders for accuracy before release
  • Use handheld scanners or mobile devices to locate and confirm inventory
  • Maintain organized merchandise racks and consolidation areas
  • Communicate closely with the broader Customer Experience team to ensure timely, smooth pickups
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as directed by management
  • Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Demonstrate Nellis Auction's core values in every customer and team interaction
  • Maintain daily performance goals
