About The Position

Hutchinson Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Warehouse Counter Specialist to support its field teams in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The role helps ensure inventory is accurate, materials are available, and technicians have the parts and equipment needed to serve customers. The specialist receives and processes deliveries, organizes materials for scheduled jobs, orders parts, maintains inventory, stages materials for service and installation vehicles, and supports technicians and team members with parts and product needs. The position also includes warehouse organization and light administrative and office-related tasks.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Plumbing parts knowledge is required.
• Basic HVAC experience is required; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and phone proficiency.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 or more pounds.
• Positive attitude and a strong customer service mindset.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
