About The Position

Maitz Home Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Warehouse Counter Specialist for its Allentown, Pennsylvania location. The role supports service and installation teams by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the right materials are available when needed. It combines warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing support, and light administrative duties. Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Basic computer and phone proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries.
• Manage purchase orders and inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process returns, reorders, and parts requests.
• Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs.
• Order parts and track inventory levels.
• Pull and distribute materials for service vehicles and technicians.
• Complete data entry and light administrative tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
