About The Position

Gateway Supply is hiring a dependable Warehouse/Counter Associate to support customers and daily operations. The role combines counter service with warehouse work, assisting customers with HVAC and plumbing orders, product questions, and inventory availability while supporting receiving, stocking, scanning, picking, staging, and order fulfillment. The associate helps ensure orders are accurate and products are organized and ready for customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Prior counter, warehouse, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Willingness to learn the company's products and processes.
Ability to work in a non-environmentally controlled warehouse where temperatures may vary.
Strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Comfort balancing counter responsibilities and warehouse tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
