About The Position

Performance Foodservice, PFG’s broadline distributor, serves local customers such as independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. The company’s team supports customers with operations advice, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies.

The Warehouse Coordinator operates a forklift in the warehouse while following safety regulations and ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. The role helps maintain efficient product flow through the production process, schedules and confirms site receiving and shipping, and provides related administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry. The position also works as a team member and performs assigned duties to serve the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6–12 months of warehouse shipping and receiving administrative support and data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of warehouse shipping and receiving administrative support and data entry experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift as needed by the night shift operation.
• Schedule and confirm all receiving and shipping for the site.
• Read and interpret information quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Provide administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry.
• May move and prepare trailers for loading and shipping.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure GMP and quality standards are met while maintaining efficient product flow.
